Vegan Garlic Parmesan Cheese


1 cup dry raw cashews

1 Tbs. nutritional yeast

½ – 1 tsp. salt (according to taste)

3 cloves garlic



Put all ingredients into a food processor and mix until powdery like parmesan cheese. Store in airtight container in the freezer.
