Spiced Nut/Seed Milk (Eggnog)


7 cups nut or seed milk (from recipe above)

½ cup cashews, soaked 4 hours and rinsed

2 Tbs. vanilla

½ tsp. salt

¾ cup raw honey

¾ tsp. turmeric

¾ tsp. cinnamon

¾ tsp. ground cloves

¾ tsp. nutmeg

¾ tsp. powdered ginger



Make nut/seed milk according to recipe above.  Pour 7 cups fresh nut/seed milk into the blender and add remaining ingredients.  Blend well.  Stir or shake before use.  Store in refrigerator for up to 3 days.
