3 cups sesame seeds (use white, brown, black, or a variety of sesame seeds)
½ -3/4 cup honey
Dash of Real Salt
Put a frying pan on medium low heat. Pour sesame seeds into pan and stir until seeds are lightly toasted. Once seeds are toasted, turn off the heat, pour in honey, (half at a time) and mix well until seeds are well coated. You may not need to use all the honey. Let candy sit in the pan until it is cool to the touch. Pour into a pan or plate that has been coated with coconut oil. Refrigerate until hard (about 10 minutes) and cut into squares.
