Raw Ganache Bites
Raw, unprocessed, uncooked food is much more nutritious than cooked processed food. Many vitamins, antioxidants and nutrients are destroyed during cooking. Organic Raw ingredients have all the vitamins, minerals and other nutrients intact. These Raw Ganache Bites have more nutrition than many meals. All of these ingredients can be found at Whole Foods Market, Good Earth, and other health food stores, or you can purchase them online.
What you will need for this recipe:
Raw Honey OR 100% Pure Maple Syrup
Raw Cacao Powder
Raw Whole Almonds
Raw Coconut Oil
Fresh Raspberries OR Raw Pecans
1C Raw Whole Almonds
¼ cup (heaping) Raw Cacao Powder
2 T Raw Coconut Oil
2 T Raw Honey (or 100% pure Maple Syrup)
Put almonds in a food processor and blend until they are a fine powder. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well mixed. Put 1 tsp. of crust in the bottom of mini muffin cups and press down firmly.
1 C Cacao Powder
1 C Raw Honey or 100% Pure Maple Syrup
½ C Coconut oil, melted
2 tsp. vanilla extract
Whisk together all ingredients until smooth. Pour mini muffin cup 1/3 full of ganache. Put a few raspberries or lightly toasted pecans on top of ganache layer. Pour another layer of ganache on top of berries or nuts, and then top with more nuts or Raspberries. Refrigerate until firm. Serve Chilled (ganache will get soft if left at room temperature).
