Pico de Gallo

pico de gallo


1 large sweet onion, chopped very small

6 cloves garlic, crushed

6 tomatoes chopped very small

2 bunches cilantro, chopped finely

3 limes, juiced

1 tsp. salt

2 tsp. pepper




Chop all ingredients into really small pieces.  Add everything into a large bowl and mix well.  Serve chilled.
